Coventry… where have all the car parks gone?

Me, Emma & Lee went to see Bon Jovi at Coventry on the 7th… what a nice journey, only missed 1 turning… The one off the M1!
We the concert was at Coventry City FCs ground the relatively new Ricoh Arena and all looked well, it took us 3 hours to get from home to the hotel (we stayed just outside of Rugby about 10 miles from Coventry.)
We then went to one of the park and rides that is in operation for the city (apparently the arena only has parking for a couple of hundred vehicles!) only to be told that it had been moved to a place about 8 miles away. The attendant did ask if we knew Coventry at all, which we don’t, so he drew a crude map with a circle on and a list of road names to lookout for.
It took about an hour to travel the 8 miles…
We eventually ended up in the car park for the HQ of Jaguar (this was the correct place apparently!)
It’s strange though, thinking back, the guy at the first park and ride said the swap had been done that day, but they had nicely printed (and dated) P&R tickets with the correct car park name on…
